Funny flight story

So my flight out of Milwaukee was delayed Thursday morning... because one of the planes in front of us hit a TURKEY on the runway at Mitchell Airport. It made such a mess that the county had to shut down that particular runway to clean it up... and all the planes waiting to take off including mine had to use a different runway. So we were delayed about 15-20 minutes, but everyone on the plane got a good chuckle out of that. The turkey made us late!
