On Thursday, I blogged about being bored, then claimed I was going to run 3 miles. I didn't run but instead did nearly 3 miles on the elliptical and then did some of the weight machines for about 20 minutes.
On Friday, I ran 3.2 miles. HAH! I did more than 3 miles a second time! That means I now have to start running on the track. BLECH! But I know I can do it... and I need to do it in preparation for the 5K, which is just a little over a month away.
