Actual Conversation

The following conversation took place yesterday morning a little after 6 AM.

"Whatcha doin' Mom?"
"Making some coffee."
"Ick. I don't like coffee."
"I know, neither does Daddy."
"That's 'cause only girls drink coffee."
"That's not true. Grandma and Grandpa like coffee."
"Yeah. Well Daddy and I don't like coffee 'cause we're not old."
"Really. So does that mean I'm old?"
"Yeah. It does."

So. I'm old. And pregnant. And I like to drink coffee. If your own 4 year old can't tell you...
