My dad grew up in Paris...so we always celebrated Bastille day at my house. Kinda like a 4th of July do-over.
Not being familiar with Milwaukee...what is the significance of the celebration and race there? And how cool is that that it's at night?!
Atlanta has the Peachtree Road Race on the fourth of July...and it's run early in the morning cause it's so freakin' hot...but I have never heard of races at night.
