Feel the Burn

So I did it. I got out of bed at 5:15AM and went to the gym to run.
It was dark out. The moon was still up for crying out loud!
But I did it. And my morning went a lot better than normal.
Alex rolled out of bed right after I got home, so we had our cereal together (which never happens!). I was dressed and out the door by 7:30 (also a rare occurrence).

Maybe there's something to be said for forcing yourself to get out of bed and get moving?
We'll see how I feel tonight...

Congrats! I always feel better and have great days when I work out in the a.m. I just have a hard time convincing myself that is the best decision at 5:30. Haha!

I work out in the AM 9x out of 10 and I feel so much more energized when I do so....that being said, I HATE HATE HATE it when the alarm goes off at 5:15....good luck!

Good for you! My days always rock when I get myself out of bed before the kids and are ready when they wake up. It's tough by Friday...but worth it!

Way to go, Sydney! I have to go that early too. There's something strange about going to the gym in the morning when it's still dark outside. Keep it up! :)
